    G’day. I’m Roy Ward and welcome to tonight’s Brownlow Medal count live blog as the AFL reveals its best and fairest player for the 2021 season.

    We will be bringing you coverage of the red carpet fashions and arrivals before going through the count and the announcement of this year’s winner with Ollie Wines (Port Adelaide), Clayton Oliver (Melbourne) and Marcus Bontempelli (Western Bulldogs) starting the night as favourites.
